A Filipina cried rape, accusing a Panamanian Diplomat as the
perpetrator.
The Department of Foreign Affairs issued diplomatic immunity
to the accused.
The Secretary of Justice, as if lawyer-ing for the Panamanian, affirmed the issuance to be
proper.
The diplomat went back to his country. When he had left
the Philippines, he was declared persona non-grata.
[Lull.]
Shown in the news this evening was a video he sent to the
media as “evidence of consent”.
In retort, the Filipina challenged the diplomat to come back
to the Philippines and face the crime he was charged with IN COURT.
Justice denied.
He would not come back.
