5 Great Things That Happen When You Have a Positive Mindset*

1. You increase your self-worth.
When you have a positive mindset, you’re able to see
the goodness in you. “Wow, I’m great! I’m wonderful! I’m
made in the image and likeness of God.” The other persons
around you may not believe in you but you believe in
yourself.

2. You grow in endurance.
When you have a problem, you see the light at the
end of the tunnel. Your mindset says, “Oh, this is going
to end one day.” You believe that even if you’re going
through trials right now, it’s OK — and one day soon,
blessings will come.

3. You enjoy your relationships more.
You look at what’s there — the beauty and the
goodness in your friends, in your spouse, in your
children, in the people around you — and don’t look
for what isn’t there. And so you enjoy the persons in
your life more. It’s also easier to forgive if you have a
positive mindset.

4. You are more successful in life.
If you have a positive mindset, you easily spot
opportunities for growth. Somebody who doesn’t have a
positive mindset will say, “There’s nothing for me here.”
They can’t see the opportunity. But with a positive
mindset, you can.

5. You’ll be a happier person.
If you have a positive mindset, you’ll be a happier
person because you will become more loving. Love
begets love.
