how would you like your bangus not tormenting you with the tiny bones? well, had a sumptuous bangus sardines this lunch so eagerly offered by the guy at the canteen. hehe. sulit naman, never had sardines freshly cooked! happiness

If you hate the bones, there is a technique to remove bones prior to cooking.

But then, it won't be Japanese or Filipino cooking, though.

Also, if you are not cooking the whole fish but a part of it, having bones in the braising process probably help to make a nice sauce as in fond de poisson. :)
